Depending on each merchant account that is issued, there will be a difference in the cards which are accepted. During the set-up process, you will be advised on which cards can be accepted through your merchant number and what you may have active on your Opayo account.
Currently, we support Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB and Diners Club International. As a standard on most EUR merchant numbers, Opayo accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard unless otherwise specified. Once a transaction has been processed through your account and passed through to Featurespace for review, the details of the transaction are then validated and checked by Featurespace.
Featurespace checks all available information for each transaction, including personal, payment and address information.
Featurespace then screens this information to identify any suspicious behaviour or where there is high risk.
