Whenever a transaction is processed through your account the information of the payment is passed through to Featurespace.
Featurespace will then use this information to perform checks and provide you with a score for the transaction. This score will then be displayed within MyOpayo as part of the fraud prevention checks available on your account.
Once a transaction has been processed through your account the details of the transaction are passed through to Featurespace for a score to be built.
Featurespace will use all transactional information to provide you with a score and a rating for each transaction.

Once Featurespace have reviewed the transaction you will be given a numerical score, along with a rating.

Along with the scoring, and ratings, Featurespace results will be available to you within MyOpayo using a traffic light display.
The colour coding of each rating gives you a visual indication of the possible risk of each transaction.
You can then decide what action you would like to against the transaction.
All transactions processed through the Opayo system are available to you within MyOpayo.
To view the scores that have been provided simply log into your MyOpayo and click on the “transactions” tab.
You will then see your transaction list along with Featurespace rating.
To view the scoring breakdown further you will need to click on the individual transaction followed by “fraud results” tab.
Once a transaction has been processed through your account and passed through to Featurespace for review the details of the transaction are then validated and checked by Featurespace.
Featurespace checks all available information for each transaction, including personal, payment, and address information.
They then screen this information to identify any suspicious behaviour or where there is high risk.

Alongside the above information Featurespace also check over 100 different variables to provide you with a score, and a rating for each transaction.
As well as validating the details the shopper has provided Featurespace system also looks at a number of other parameters to build score:
The information that is validated by Featurespace is solely based on details provided with the transaction.
If any of the shopper’s information differs from the details they have provided with the transaction the score will not be valid.
The scores that are provided to you are based exclusively on the information that is submitted with the transaction.
Details of the e-mail, delivery address, phone numbers, and IP addresses must be provided wherever possible.
Please remember that the more transactional information you provide to us, the more accurate the risk score will be.
